Ostim Matching and Business Development Center is organizing "Main Industry Days" as part of its business plan, which runs in parallel with the clustering efforts being carried out in our region under 4 main headings.
The aim of these organizations is to host leading main industrial companies in the Renewable Energy and Environmental Technologies, Construction and Industrial Machinery, Medical Industry, and Defense and Aerospace sectors in Ostim, to better introduce Ostim's production capacity to the purchasing mechanisms of these companies, to convey the expectations of the main industries from SMEs to our companies, and ultimately to contribute to the development of a collaborative environment.
As part of the Main Industry Days, TAI-TUSAŞ (Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc.) was hosted for the first time. The meeting, titled "TUSAŞ-Ostim Defense and Aerospace Cluster Sharing Meeting," was held on June 30, 2010, and was attended by TUSAŞ General Manager Muharrem Dörtkaşlı.
