OSTİM Chairman Orhan Aydın and his delegation have begun their visit to Libya at the invitation of the Defense Technologies Applications Research and Development Organization (ARDO), affiliated with the Libyan Ministry of Defense, to examine cooperation opportunities on-site following the recent memorandum of cooperation signed between ARDO and the OSTİM Defense and Aerospace Cluster (OSSA).
On behalf of OSSA, Chairman of the Board and General Manager of Dora Makina, İbrahim Yarsan, and officials from our cluster companies Asisguard, Arı Savunma, Lapis Havacılık, and Özben Savunma met with ARDO executives to review ARDO's capabilities and discuss potential collaboration opportunities.
The OSTİM-Libya delegation includes Prof. Dr. Demiral Akbar, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at OSTİM Technical University; Dr. Hacı Bayram Bulgurlu, Director of the Ahi Evran Anatolian Entrepreneurship Research Center at OSTİM Technical University; and Dr. Ömer Yıldız, Project Consultant at the Department of Aerospace Engineering at OSTİM Technical University.
