The 8th Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of the OSTİM Defence and Aerospace Cluster (OSSA) was held on January 29, 2025. The meeting began with opening speeches by the Deputy President of the Defence Industry Presidency, Prof. Dr. İhsan Kaya, the Chairman of the OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone Board of Directors, Orhan Aydın, and the Chairman of the OSSA Board of Directors, İbrahim Yarsan. As part of the meeting agenda, elections were held for the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board.
At the meeting held in the OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone Directorate Conference Hall, chaired by OSTİM Board Chairman Orhan Aydın, with Gaye Özcan (Bega Savunma) and Meftun Hıraca (Altek Metal) as Board Members, OSSA's 2023-2024 activity report, income and expenditure accounts, and Audit Committee reports were unanimously approved. Following the evaluation of the 2025-2026 activities, the estimated budget, the annual membership fee, and the membership entrance fee, the election of the new Board of Directors and Audit Committee members (both regular and alternate) took place.
