The training program, which focuses on "increasing the R&D and innovation capacity of member firms," the third priority in the cluster development program, will last 3 weeks. An "R&D Working Group" will be formed from the firms that complete the training program. The goal is for each firm in the R&D Working Group to prepare a TEYDEB project. The cluster coordination office will provide the necessary coaching for the preparation of these TEYDEB projects. The training program consists of 10 modules and will last 3 weeks.
