As OSTİM Defence and Aerospace Cluster (OSSA), we signed important cooperation agreements within the scope of the DSA 2026 Fair, in which we participated with the support of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Trade UR-GE Project.
A memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed between our cluster and the Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MIICCI), marking an important step towards developing collaborations between the two countries in the fields of defense and aerospace.
Our member company, MAKEL TEKNOLOJİ A.Ş., has taken a significant step towards strengthening its presence in the international market by laying the foundations for a new collaboration with Malaysia-based Ryver Flow Sdn Bhd.
On the first day of the fair, our Commercial Attaché in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Münevver Koçak, visited our stand. Contacts were also made with international industry representatives; information about our companies' products and capabilities was shared.
On the second day of the fair, our Deputy Minister of National Defence, Mr. Musa Heybet, was presented with a plaque by our Vice Chairman of the Board, Emre Fidan, during his visit to our stand. Additionally, the General Manager of Turkish Aerospace Industries, Dr. Mehmet Demiroğlu, visited our stand and received information about the capabilities of our member companies.
On the third day of the fair, Prof. Dr. Ihsan Kaya, Vice President of the Secretariat of Defence Industries (SSB), visited our stand and received information about the capabilities of our member companies. We thank him for his kind visit.
OSSA Vice Chairman of the Board Emre Fidan, along with Project Managers Ceren Asalım and Sebnem Cigdem Nacioglu, met with our member companies Armsto, CES Advanced Armour, Koç Information and Defense Technologies, NESA Aviation and Engineering Inc., Nero Industry Defense Industry Inc., and YeterMakina, and conveyed their wishes for a successful and productive exhibition experience.
