The ASD 2011 Convention was held in Istanbul.

The conventions, which are held in a different country each year, were organized this year at the Hilton Hotel in Istanbul, in collaboration with the European Aerospace and Defence Industry Association (ASD), the Undersecretariat of Defence Industry, and the Defence Industry Manufacturers Association (SaSad). The Ostim Defence and Aerospace Cluster also made a presentation at the organization as a successful example.
