The Hand Control Unit (HCU) has an important role and is used as the right-hand fixed control unit between the operator and the endpoint energies. Additionally, it provides optimum user comfort with its ergonomic design and meets military-scale multimedia capabilities.

HCU monitors the button and switch controls and transfers the control message package to the endpoint equipment. HCU has an isolated RS-422 communication interface. Secondary/spare poles of some switches can be moved to the external interface according to customer request. Additionally, HCU’s Interfaces provide ESD protection.
