Orion Aviation Machinery Metal Industry Trade Ltd. Co. was established in 2015 by General Manager Ömer KUMTEPE to produce machined parts and ground support equipment needed by the aviation and defense industries.
Orion utilizes three high-speed (20,000 and 40,000 rpm) CNC profile machining centers specifically designed for the production of parts needed by the aerospace and defense industries. These centers can perform cutting in desired sizes and shapes in a single setup without any loss of clamping allowance. Machining is carried out using Mazak 10 MS C-axis CNC lathes, and the quality of production is controlled using a 1500900800 Dea Advantage three-dimensional CMM measuring machine.
Our company, which has been operating according to aviation quality system standards since 2015, became a TUSAŞ Approved supplier in August 2016 and received the AS9100C aviation quality certificate in October 2016. Always prioritizing customer satisfaction, delivering on-time products without compromising quality, and aiming for continuous improvement and training, our experienced personnel continue to deliver finished products with paint coating to our customers.
