ULTRASONIC TEST (UT)

Our company provides services using four ultrasonic testing machines and two thickness measuring devices. This testing method is used to detect defects in materials or weld seams. Defect coordinates can be determined in 3D.

MAGNETIC TEST (MT)

Our company provides this service using 8 hand magnets and 1 coil device. This test can detect surface defects or defects below 3mm on magnetizable parts. This method utilizes two techniques: visible light and black light.

This test can detect surface defects in magnetizable and non-magnetic ferrous and non-ferrous parts. This method utilizes two techniques: visible light and black light.

X-RAY TEST (RT)

Our company provides services using 2 IR 192 Sentinel X-ray machines for field inspections, and a 250 keV X-ray machine used in defense industry products and parts requiring high precision. Furthermore, X-ray scans are performed in a specially armored UMT X-ray room with a 40cm concrete thickness and lead plating, allowing us to inspect parts of the appropriate size that arrive at our laboratory.

DESTRUCTIVE TESTING SERVICES

TENSILE-COMPRESSION TEST

We provide services with our Utest brand tensile testing machine with a capacity of 60 tons and a compression testing machine with a capacity of 120 tons. This equipment is used to perform tests on flat bars, circular shapes, hexagonal shapes, bolts ranging from M6 to M32, PQR tests, and spring strength analysis tests.

CHARPY IMPACT TEST

We provide services with our Utest brand 300 joule capacity impact testing machine. This equipment allows us to obtain data such as the mechanical properties and strength of parts. Testing can be performed between -40°C and room temperature.

HARDNESS TEST

Our Brinel-Rockwell-Vikers Universal benchtop hardness tester allows for hardness testing to be performed in the desired unit.

MICROSTRUCTURE TEST

Our microscope, with magnification ranges from 100x to 1000x, allows for material imaging and microstructural evaluation.
