The Venture Company, which can be described as the first step towards Türkiye's 2023 vision, was established through a partnership between Turkish Airlines Inc. (THY A.O.), Turkish Airlines Technical Inc. (THY Teknik A.Ş.), and Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc. (TUSAŞ-TAI).

TCI will manufacture, provide logistical support for, modify, and market aircraft cabin interior products and components.

To compete in the premier league of aircraft cabin interior product manufacturing, partners have combined their technical and market expertise under one roof to produce high-quality aircraft cabin interior products under a 100% Turkish brand. This structure is based on the belief that, in the near future, Turkey will not only become a significant maintenance and repair hub but also aspire to be a serious manufacturer in the target market.

In all of TCI's feasibility studies, business models were developed based on the European, Russian and Commonwealth of Independent States, Middle Eastern, Asian, and North African markets. Possible scenarios were explored with a project team possessing significant experience, and after approximately one year of high-paced work, another long-awaited and long-overdue structure for Turkey was finally realized.

The products to be manufactured by the Joint Venture Company will be the first final products of their kind to be produced in our country for the aviation sector. The products, which are intended to be manufactured from 100% domestically sourced components, will increase indirect employment and business volume by establishing a domestic supply chain in our country. With a multiplier effect on the economy, many suppliers will be included in this prestigious industry and will be provided with certifications.
