MAKEL Technology, which started its commercial activities in 1997, initially operated as a representative. Later, leveraging the expertise gained from providing services for sold products, it established its manufacturing and subsequently R&D infrastructure in the early 2000s. Currently, with this structure, it resolutely continues its vision of being an 'Original Patented Product' / 'Original Product Manufacturer' and is progressing towards becoming a global company.

Our company has reached the milestones exemplified by being the Turkish Armed Forces' only 100% domestic supplier of NATO-standard COTS - CBRN products, and being selected as ASELSAN's Approved Design Subcontractor for Unit Design and Production, as a result of 17 years of consistent development.

MAKEL Technology is a member of the MAKEL Group of Companies, which serves various sectors.

Life Support Systems, whose main components are CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear) filter/protection systems, auxiliary power units, and air conditioning units, are the company's area of expertise. The experience gained during services provided to the Turkish Armed Forces in these three areas, combined with the R&D infrastructure that is a key feature of the group member companies, has enabled the localization of a number of products. CBRN filter and protection systems, among these components, are produced by only a few countries subject to export permits. MAKEL Technology's R&D efforts and certification processes, conducted according to NATO standards by internationally accredited institutions, have resulted in these systems being offered to the country.

MAKEL Technology's field of activity is 'Life Support Systems,' which are achieved through the integration of sub-systems comprising the following three main components, in hardware and parallel software environments, according to customer requirements and platforms:

• CBRN protection

• Auxiliary Power

• Air Conditioning

However, in line with customer needs, the design and production of single or dual-function units occupies a significant place among the company's activities.

For example, a wide range of CBRN solutions are offered, from individual CBRN protection products (40 m3/h) to Stanag 4447 NATO radial-combined CBRN filters (300 m3/h) used in military vessels, and CBRN collective protection systems with a capacity of 2,400 m3/h used in buildings.
