Named after the famous Turkish aviator Hezarfen Ahmet Çelebi, Hezarfen Aviation was established in 2012 as a Tier 1 supplier to Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc. (TUSAŞ).

Our company operates in Ankara, which is Turkey's defense and aerospace hub.

Our team, specializing in structural component assembly for aircraft fuselages, is capable of delivering a wide range of products, from sub-assembly level to component level such as aircraft doors.

Hezarfen Aviation supplies TAI with over 150,000 sub-assemblies annually for use in Boeing 737, 747, and 777 aircraft.

Hezarfen Aviation started production in 2012 at its first facility with a closed area of 270 m². In its first year, it successfully delivered 5,500 sub-assembly parts to TAI with 4 personnel.

In 2013, with increasing work packages and staff numbers, the number of sub-assembly parts delivered reached 52,000. At the end of the year, it became a member of OSSA.

In 2014, Hezarfen Aviation moved to its new facility with a 1500 m² indoor area. In the same year, the AS9100C first-stage audit conducted by BSI was successfully completed. The number of sub-assemblies delivered to TAI reached 103,000.

At the beginning of 2015, Hezarfen Aviation's Quality Management System was approved in accordance with AS9100C following a successful second-stage audit. To ensure confident future growth, an investment was made in ABAS ERP Software. In the same year, production capacity was increased with the acquisition of a Gemcor semi-automatic riveting machine from TAI, resulting in the delivery of 103,000 sub-assembly parts to TAI.

Our company, which has managed to grow year after year, currently employs over 40 people. The package deals with TAI include more than 500 different types of parts in total.
