Established in 2003, Ermet Metal Coating provides high-quality coating and paint applications to the defense, aerospace, and automotive industries, which are the driving forces of our country's economy. Adhering to customer quality expectations and the principle of on-time delivery, Ermet Metal Coating has commenced operations in its new facility, in line with developing technology. Located in the Ankara Kahramankazan Aerospace and Specialized Organized Industrial Zone, our factory covers a total area of 10,000 square meters, including 7,000 square meters of covered space. Designed with state-of-the-art systems, our factory includes a wet paint facility, a spray-washed electrostatic powder coating facility, a sandblasting facility, high-quality coating processes, and precious metal coating processes.
Our company, which continues its production with a team of 85 experienced personnel, has 21 white-collar workers, 61 blue-collar workers, and 3 security personnel.
WET PAINT PROCESSES
Our wet painting facility has 2 fully automatic PLC-controlled conveyor lines and 4 booth-system painting units. In this facility, wet painting and solid film application processes can be carried out simultaneously in 7 booths.
POWDER COATING PROCESSES
Our spray washing and nano-coating electrostatic powder coating facility features a fully automated, PLC-controlled, and robotic conveyor line. In this facility, electrostatic powder coating and thermoplastic treatment are performed simultaneously on products that have been cleaned and nano-coated using two robots and two booths.
COATING PROCESSES
Our high-quality coating processes include: Zinc Nickel Plating, Electro Zinc Plating, Anodizing, Alodin, Zinc Phosphate, Manganese Phosphate, Cadmium Plating, Passivation, and plastisol coating.
Our precious metal plating processes include: Gold plating, silver plating, tin plating, electroplating (Electrode Nickel), electroless nickel plating, strike nickel plating, acid etching, alkaline etching, zinc oxide plating, stainless steel passivation, and blackening.
SANDBLASTING PROCESSES
Our sandblasting system uses a hanging system to sandblast complex parts of various sizes. Our manual sandblasting process is used for sandblasting small, delicate products.
Our company, which holds EYDEP B certification and ISO 9001, AS 9100, and IATF 16949 quality management system certifications, inspects all products from incoming acceptance to shipment according to the quality criteria specified in the work orders. Approved products are shipped to our customers after conformity certificates are prepared according to customer requirements.
Ermet Metal Coating places great importance on traceability. Using our in-house laser marking system, we mark products according to customer requests before shipment. These markings allow for retrospective access to records via our ERP system.
Our laboratory is equipped with an X-ray coating thickness measuring device, a salt spray test chamber, and bath analysis equipment. Through these facilities, our processes and products are continuously monitored and reported according to international standards.
Ermet Metal Coating, which holds ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standard and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety System certifications, carries out its production processes with environmental and employee values in mind.
