ER MAKİNA was founded in 1975 by Ekrem Erdoğan in Ata Sanayi, one of Ankara's oldest industrial centers. Today, with its 2600 m² covered production facility, technologically advanced machinery park, and strong team of engineers and technicians, it has become one of the leading companies in Turkey in the Construction Machinery Spare Parts sector.

Due to the limited availability of machinery spare parts manufacturing in Turkey during its founding years, the company produced spare parts solutions for many sectors and continues to provide quality and customer satisfaction-oriented service today with its standard spare parts product range for construction machinery and sector-specific manufacturing solutions.

When it comes to machinery, one of the first components that comes to mind is undoubtedly gears. ER MAKİNA identified a gap in the gear manufacturing market in the 1970s due to the difficulty in easily obtaining and importing machine tools, and began gear production in 1977 in response to customer demands. Today, it has established itself as one of the leading gear manufacturers in Turkey.

ER MAKİNA, which made its first investment in CNC machines in 1990, has aimed for more precise production with its ever-expanding and developing machine park, and therefore has adopted a production approach that measures what it produces with its quality control unit and strong engineering team. In 2007, it established its own quality control laboratory and added devices such as CMM, Hardness Testing, and Ultrasonic Testing to its machine park.

In 2008, the company, needing a corporate identity, completed its institutionalization efforts and adapted all its units to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2005 Environmental Management System, and ISO 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. Today, with its strong organizational structure, it offers the parts it produces to the Turkish market and also exports them to many countries, primarily European countries.
