EMİROĞLU MAKİNA Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. was established in 1967 as a small workshop in Ankara's Ata Industrial Site, initially focused on lathe and milling operations. To better meet increasing demand, EMİROĞLU MAKİNA moved its production facilities to the OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone. In 1999, with investment decisions aimed at expanding and modernizing its machinery, becoming more formalized, and continuing its operations with a commitment to superior quality, EMİROĞLU MAKİNA established its new production facilities in the Sincan 1st Organized Industrial Zone.

EMİROĞLU MAKİNA, with its 5,000m² factory on a 10,000m² plot of land and a production capacity of 2,000 tons/year for mechanical, 3,000 tons/year for technological, and 5,000 tons/year for steel, has become a leading company in the production and assembly of machinery, equipment, cylinders, and steel structures thanks to the experience and knowledge gained from many years of work in the iron and steel, mining, cement, paper, construction, and energy sectors.

In 2007, EMİROĞLU MAKİNA partnered with the German company BAUER Maschinen GmbH, and in 2008, established BAUER CASİNGS Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd Şti. with this company. BAUER CASİNGS, established with a 40% stake held by EMİROĞLU MAKİNA, operates in the 1st Organized Industrial Zone, Sincan/ANKARA.

Furthermore, in 2017, the SHW Uniforce7 Six-Axis Machining Center equipment, procured from Germany with an investment of 1.5 million Euros, was incorporated into the company's operations. With this equipment, the company, which has 51 years of manufacturing experience, serves the defense industry sector by machining heavy and bulky products such as armored vehicles, howitzers, and missile launchers for the Turkish Armed Forces and allied armed forces, and continues its mission of disseminating domestic and national technology.
