Founded by Mr. Yılmaz Gençler, Döksan's roots date back to the 1960s. After providing casting services for nearly 30 years, Döksan began offering induction heat treatment and surface hardening in 1989. Under the leadership of General Manager Gürkan Gençler, the company made a significant leap forward in 2013, relocating to its new premises in ASO 1st Organized Industrial Zone. Continuing its operations with a total of 3 branches in Ankara and Konya, Döksan has become the country's most comprehensive heat treatment company in a very short time, thanks to its increased capacity and improved skills.
As of 2017, Döksan, the first and only heat treatment company to receive the title of R&D Center, also obtained the AS9100 rev D certificate in the same year and has successfully passed the audits for this certificate for 5 years without any suspension.
As of 2020, it has also added ISO 50001 certification to its portfolio.
It has a staff of 127 people, including 34 white-collar and 93 blue-collar workers.
