Berdan Cıvata was founded in 1979 in Tarsus by brothers Yunus and Hasan Şemsi to meet the needs of domestic and international companies for all types and qualities of fasteners such as standard and custom bolts, nuts, studs, and anchors.

One of the founders, Mechanical Engineer Hasan Şemsi, is the oldest bolt manufacturer in Turkey with over 40 years of domestic and international experience, including 6 years at Istanbul Denet Civata and 6 years at STFA Civata in Adana.

Berdan Cıvata, which manufactures according to ISO, EN, ANSI, DIN, ASTM, AFNOR, JIS standards and customer demands, holds a significant position in the national and international market as a fully integrated bolt factory with its meticulous production and quality approach, a TURKAK-accredited testing laboratory according to EN 17025, a heat treatment facility, electroplating, hot-dip galvanizing and zinc lamellar coating facilities, automated nut production facilities, and hot and cold bolt production facilities.
