NEGİSA OTOMATİK CAM KALDIRMA MOTOR LTD.ŞTİ was founded in 2005 in Kartal, Istanbul by İshak KUZU and Naşit KUZU. From 2005 to 2012, it produced DC brushed motors. In 2013, İshak KUZU and Mustafa ŞAHİN established AKMOT Elektrik Elektronik Bilişim ve San. LLC in Ostim, Ankara. This company produced single-phase shaded-pole motors. During this period, R&D studies were conducted on BLDC (brushless) motors.

Production of BLDC (brushless) motors began in January 2014. Circulation pumps are also manufactured. Products include coreless brushed motors, coreless brushless motors, electric vehicle motors, brushed DC motors (PMDC), and brushless DC motors (BLDC). Motors are available in power ratings from 5 watts to 100 kilowatts, and voltages range from 3 Vdc to 310 Vdc.
