Established in 2011 as a subsidiary of Afs Knife and Mold, a leader in its sector, AFS Precision Casting is capable of casting to European standards and serves many sectors including Automotive, Machinery, Defense Industry, Aerospace, Medical, Weapons, and Agriculture. Since its inception, our continuously growing company has become a very important solution center/brand in its sector thanks to its areas of activity, customer relations, developing expert staff, importance given to people, the environment, and social values, and its boundless energy in all these areas. In addition to being a supplier, AFS Precision Casting also provides design support to its customers by adopting a product development partner approach. With a production capacity of 60,000 kg per month and part weights ranging from 1 gram to 50 kg, our company carries out its production in a 2,000 m² closed area. Casting materials used include steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, aluminum, and copper alloys. These materials are tested in our metallurgical laboratories, equipped with the necessary equipment and facilities, in accordance with European and international standards before casting.

Our chemical analysis spectrometer enables accurate alloy control by taking samples during the casting stage of liquid metal. In addition to this analysis, we also perform physical tests, microscopic examinations, and dimensional measurement checks. Furthermore, processes such as mold design, machining, heat treatment, and coating can be carried out in-house and with our approved suppliers.
