Emhemmed Ahmad Aldadar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Defense Technologies Applications Research and Development Organization (ARDO) affiliated with the Libyan Ministry of Defense, Board Member Abdulla Elhadi Karaza, Head of the Aerospace Research Center Fathi Mohammed Agemi, and Head of the Human Resources Training Department Abdulhamed Salhen Gneeniss visited OSTİM.
OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone Chairman Orhan Aydın stated that OSTİM, within the scope of its responsibilities stemming from history and geography, also has responsibilities regarding Libya. Aydın said, "In this relationship, our priority is not money and self-interest, but strengthening our brotherhood. We need to be together."
ARDO President Emhemmed Ahmad Aldadar recalled the support Türkiye has provided to Libya. Noting their desire to develop cooperation between the two countries, Aldadar said, “Turkey has always stood by Libya. The Turks are our brothers.”
During the program, ARDO exchanged views with the management and members of OSTİM Defence and Aerospace Cluster (OSSA) on cooperation in the fields of unmanned surface projects, unmanned aerial vehicles and unmanned ground vehicles, and coating technologies.
A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between ARDO and OSSA. The memorandum was signed by Emhemmed Ahmad Aldadar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ARDO, and Ibrahim Yarsan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of OSSA.
ARDO's OSTİM liaison office was opened under the coordination of OSSA.
