At the UK DSEI Fair, which covered air, land, sea, security, and integrated defense systems, the Undersecretariat of Defence Industry (SSM) and OSSA participated together at booth N9-230.

OSSA and its 12 member companies (Alkan Makina, Arıtes Metal, Digitest Dijital, Dora Makina, Emge Kollektif, Gökser Makina, Mak Savunma, Mege Teknik, Öznur Savunma, Savtek Bilişim, T-Kalıp, Tolga Plastik), as well as the Deputy Minister of National Defence Hasan Kemal Yardımcı, the Head of the SSM International Cooperation Department for the Americas and Europe Region Sabit Ümit Ergin, the Head of the R&D Department of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Turkey Üstün Alan and Expert M. Emin Torunoğlu, were present at the OSSA stand at the DSEI Fair.

At the fair held in ExCel, which was attended by numerous companies from 120 countries, many high-level delegations visited the OSSA stand, including Deputy Minister of National Defence Hasan Kemal Yardımcı, General Staff Representative Brigadier General Mehmet Dişli, Armed Forces Attaché of the London Embassy Naval Staff Senior Colonel Erdal Ergün, the new British Ambassador to Ankara Richard Peter Moore, the Director of Trade and Investment for National Defence Industry at the British Embassy in Ankara Belgin Savacı Clissold, accompanied by Air Attaché Colonel Ömer Özkan, Army Attaché Colonel Mehmet Çalkayış, and Air Lieutenant Colonel Emre Yıldırım from the General Staff team.

Deputy Minister of National Defence Hasan Kemal Yardımcı, in his statement regarding his visit to the DSEI fair, said, “We met with the British Deputy Minister of Defence. The Commander of the British Navy also visited Turkey's stand. We held bilateral meetings. As always, there is great interest in Turkey. The Turkish defence industry continues to develop day by day. These types of fairs contribute to our defence industry both in terms of a new global vision and new partnerships.”

The Defense and Aerospace Cluster (OSSA), which has made a name for itself in Turkey and the world through its clustering efforts, held business meetings with a total of sixty-three foreign companies during the DSEI Fair. At the DSEI Fair, OSSA member companies signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), the first step towards exports in the defense industry, and further developed existing bilateral commercial collaborations. Yüksel Akça, the London Chief Commercial Counselor, visited the Ostim Defense and Aerospace Cluster stand, received information about the SMEs that are members of the OSSA Cluster, and expressed his satisfaction with the developments in the sector.

Over 1,500 companies set up stands at the four-day fair. Pavilions from 40 countries, including Turkey, the UK, the USA, Australia, France, Germany, and Switzerland, were present. It is estimated that over 30,000 visitors from 120 countries attended the fair. Stands were available from arms and engine manufacturers such as Daimler, General Dynamics, Iveco, JankelArmouring, JCB, Land Rover, Nexter, Patria, Rheinmetall, StreitGroup, and Supacat, as well as international companies operating in fields such as helicopter, submarine, and missile manufacturing.
