As OSTİM Defence and Aerospace Cluster (OSSA), we held a “Cyber Hygiene SME Information Meeting” with the support of the Presidency of Defence Industries (SSB). Within the scope of our meeting, with the participation of Murat Çizgel, Head of Cyber Security and Information Systems Department of the Presidency of Defence Industries of the Republic of Turkey, and Mustafa Yılmaz, Director of TRTEST, cyber security awareness in the defense industry, basic cyber hygiene practices and corporate security processes were discussed. It was emphasized that cyber security is not only a technical requirement but also one of the fundamental elements of business continuity, corporate reliability and sustainable operations for companies in the defense industry supply chain. During the event, comprehensive evaluations were made on the processes for improving the current cyber security levels of our companies, user awareness, technical controls and sustainable security practices.
