The Zone1 XY800 explosion-proof industrial PC is designed for demanding operating environments with its full-metal enclosure and IP66-rated water- and dust-resistant construction. Suitable for use in Gas Zone 2 and Dust Zone 21 environments, the product is certified for IIA, IIB, and IIC gas groups and T1–T6 temperature classes. Its 21.5-inch display features a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels and a 16:9 aspect ratio, with resistive single-touch or capacitive multi-touch panel options. The standard screen brightness is 300 cd/m², while optional configurations of 600 cd/m² or higher are also available. Powered by Intel Core i3, i5, or i7 processor options, the system can be configured with 8 GB of RAM as standard, optional 16 GB or 32 GB RAM, and 256 GB, 512 GB, or 1 TB SSD storage. The device provides two Gigabit Ethernet ports, an optional third network port, RS485, RS422, RS232, and USB connectivity, and supports Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11, and Thin Client Mode. Its fanless cooling design enables reliable operation, while desktop, wall-mounted, column-bracket, and console-type installation options provide flexible deployment. The unit operates between 0 and 50 °C, can be stored between -40 and 70 °C, and supports 10–90% non-condensing humidity.
