ELS-1K1-CHR-V1 is a 1120 W AC/DC power supply and battery charger developed to support the power requirements of military radio and communication systems.

Operating from both 100–240 VAC and 18–33 VDC inputs, the unit can power connected loads while simultaneously charging a 24 V battery when AC power is available. In the event of an AC mains interruption, it continues supplying its outputs from the battery connected to the DC input, supporting continuous operation of the connected radio and communication equipment.

The unit provides a 28 VDC / 40 A main output and 1120 W total output power. Up to four units can also be operated in parallel with load sharing for applications requiring higher power.

Designed for demanding military vehicle environments, the product addresses temperature, shock, vibration, EMI/EMC and vehicle power-line conditions in accordance with MIL-STD-810D, MIL-STD-461E, MIL-STD-1275B and MIL-STD-1474D requirements.
