Within the scope of the Partial Lockdown Circular sent to the Governorships of all 81 Provinces;
It was announced that a two-week partial lockdown would be implemented nationwide starting at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, April 14, 2021. As part of these measures, it was stated that no large-scale events (indoor or outdoor) of civil society organizations, professional organizations with the status of public institutions, their umbrella organizations, unions, and cooperatives, including general assemblies, would be permitted until May 17, 2021.
In this context, following our 6th Ordinary General Assembly of OSSA, the first meeting of which was held on March 31, 2021, the 2nd meeting of the 6th Ordinary General Assembly of OSSA, which we planned to hold on April 15, 2021 at 10:00 AM without requiring a simple majority, will not be held.
Our general assembly meeting date will be re-evaluated in light of the new measures and/or normalization processes that will be announced after May 17th, as outlined in the circular.
Depending on the decisions made, the new date and time of the 2nd Meeting of the 6th Ordinary General Assembly of OSSA will be communicated to our member companies again after May 17, 2021.
