The 7th Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Association will be held at our Association's headquarters on January 25, 2023, at 09:30 with a simple majority, or, if a simple majority is not achieved, on February 22, 2023, at the same time and place (OSTİM Organized Industrial Zone Directorate Conference Hall – 100th Year Boulevard No: 101/A OSTİM, Yenimahalle/Ankara) with the following agenda.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you can authorize another company official or employee to represent your company at our 7th Ordinary General Assembly by completing the "Representative Notification Form" in Appendix 2 and ensuring the relevant official's participation in the General Assembly.

Presentation and separate approval of the Board of Directors' 2021-2022 activity report, operating income and expenditure accounts, and the Audit Committee report,
Evaluation of the activities for 2023-2024 and discussion and approval of the estimated budget,
Determination of the membership entrance fee,
Determination of the annual membership dues,
Election of the main and alternate members of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee,
